This really does work – very well I must say.
I tried it out yesterday – fifteen minutes of cardio before practice.
While I was playing yesterday I noticed how much smoother and mistake free my playing was.
Today I will stretch the cardio workout to twenty minutes.

If you’re practicing scales to build speed, measure where you’re starting with a metronome. As you increase speed over time, record that as well, and use that progress to help motivate yourself to push even harder.
