This is a really interesting one. I have looked at your posts a handful of times but wanted to get in touch this time around. I have a couple of articles in mind to tie in nicely with this one and wondered if you would like me to send you an article.

Let me know if you would to see what I have for your blog

Best,

Tom

The body scan worked right away! And special thanks to ovei bardhan for this quote: “There are only few people who might be willing to learn about playing a guitar and tuning it to make a good blend of music” lol spammer

It brings out what the person wanted to express from inside. There are only few people who might be willing to learn about playing a guitar and tuning it to make a good blend of music. If you are much interested in learning to tune a guitar, the best thing to do is look for a reliable site or sources that will help you learn about the step by step process.

Hi Theo,

Right, that’s an awesome method too. Body scan will relax your body and mind from head to toe. It requires you to be more aware of the movement of energy through each part of your body.

Thanks for sharing.

Best regards,
Klaus Crow

I would like to add an other type of meditation that I like and works for me very well: the body scan meditation. Sit down or lie down and start off doing breathing meditation for a few minutes. Then focus on your toes of your left foot. Slowly move your attention up to your left knee, you left hip and go down to the toes of your right foot. Again slowly shift your attention upwards, to your stomach, your back, your breast, your neck and finally your head. Finally, try to feel your whole body in the here and now.

I love this type of meditation. It clears my head and relaxes me.
