Not too sure if this post is the right place but since it contains theory practice advice I though I may ask this question here.
I would like to develop my technique by playing scales and things like above however I find it sort of boring going over and over. When I pick the guitar I rather play my favorite songs or improvise to create something new. What the best advise to make practicing theory more appealing? Do you have your own tips/ tricks?
